I have decided to take this trip to the next level. This is my last posting on this blog. Follow me at www.getgrounded-yoga.com where you can see my current teaching schedule and meanderings. Featured on the Get Grounded site is my outdoor yoga practice held in area state and town parks. Look forward to seeing you outside.
Be well. Be Grounded.
